How to Get Rid of Restrictions on Xbox One
Hello sam
Yo can click on the heading that says User Accounts and Family Safety. Once you are in it, you will see Parental Controls . Click on it and set it to off. This will turn off the parental controls that might be on for any user account.
Open a web browser and typehttp://account.microsoft.com/family in the address bar. In the webpage that opens, sign in with your account. You will now have two sections, adults and children . Select the one you want to remove from privacy. If you want to remove yourself, you will be in the adult section. However, you will have to remove all the children before you remove yourself. Go in either of the section, select the account you want to remove from privacy and click Remove .

Hi there
please check http://account.xbox.com/settings
and see if things like User created content is allowed or not, this needs to be enabled to see community things like Designs etc. Also check if other settings that could prevent this are enabled or disabled.
Side note: If your account is a Child account the Parental account needs to login to that link in order to change the settings for the child account.

I actually had to log into my account since it's the parent one. Then I put on restrictions but allowed games for 20+ year olds.
